Launch of an Industry Roundtable
SCORE of Southeastern Michigan has launched an exciting new roundtable opportunity for startups, entrepreneurs and existing businesses in the physical fitness industry. And we are looking for more participants!
Launched in August, we recently completed our second monthly roundtable focused on the ever-growing fitness industry, during which we invited entrepreneurs who own fitness, yoga, gymnastics, boxing and other like businesses to share experiences, celebrate triumphs, and collectively overcome challenges that arise along an entrepreneur's journey. The discussions are robust, informative and collaborative. Even better, they often result in applicable solutions and a-ha moments, which come not only from Certified Mentors David Broner and Dick Rappleye who chair the roundtable, but from the participants themselves!
Our next roundtable is coming in October, as the Chairs share SWOT Analyses (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) for each of the participating roundtable businesses. We invite anyone who owns or operates a business in the fitness space to attend, as we work together to not only maintain physical fitness, but fiscal fitness as well!
